Position Overview

The Marketing Generalist is the coordinating force that keeps our creative world moving. You will work at the center of the 1M Manifesto Movement, our YouTube platform, and our service business that partners with some of the most recognizable brands in the world. This role helps turn ideas into action by keeping projects organized, priorities aligned, and campaigns moving forward.

You will support marketing initiatives from concept to execution, collaborating across content, social media, video, partnerships, and brand growth efforts. Success in this role requires strong organization, clear communication, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, ideas, and projects while helping a mission-driven organization create meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns from planning through execution
  • Manage content calendars and help ensure deadlines are met
  • Develop and organize creative briefs, assets, and project timelines
  • Support social media, YouTube, and content marketing initiatives
  • Assist with influencer, partnership, and community outreach efforts
  • Track project progress and communicate updates across teams
  • Gather and report on campaign performance and marketing insights
  • Help identify opportunities to improve processes and increase marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to keep projects moving forward
  • Provide general marketing support wherever needed to help achieve team goals
