About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and customer-focused Communications Assistant to support our Membership & Marketing Director at Hound Ears Club. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, communications, and helping create exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with membership inquiries, tours, onboarding, and member communications
• Support marketing efforts: social media, newsletters, website updates, graphics, and event promotions
• Help with event photography, video updates and capturing content around the Club
• Maintain accurate lead records and administrative documents
• Provide friendly, professional service to members and prospective members
