Join us for a 6-month Marketing Internship with potential to advance to a permanent Marketing Associate role. Contribute to live streaming support, order processing, campaign management, and video marketing in a dynamic café setting.
Responsibilities
- Support TikTok and Shopee live streaming activities
- Enhance customer engagement and sales
- Process and facilitate customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage scheduling and coordination with live streamers to ensure smooth operations
- Set up and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales growth
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries to maintain high service standards
- Film and edit videos and poster for marketing campaigns to create engaging promotional content
- Post marketing campaigns across relevant platforms to maximize reach and impact
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possession of or actively pursuing a relevant certificate related to sales, marketing, or digital media
- Proficiency in video editing software to produce quality marketing materials
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
