Marketing Intern (Content & Community)
Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000
Content & Community Intern — Tripneura Remote or Bengaluru · ₹12,000–15,000/month · 3 months, extension or full-time offer for the right person
Five friends want to go to Goa. They live in five different cities. Today that means one of them becomes the unpaid project manager — a group chat, several booking sites, a spreadsheet, and weeks of chasing everyone for money.
We built the thing that fixes it. Tripneura plans the trip with an AI agent on a live map and books it as one trip — each person travelling from their own city, their own way. The Bengaluru traveller goes by train at ₹1,500 while the Delhi traveller flies at ₹6,586, shared costs split automatically, and the whole thing books only when the last share settles. We went looking for anyone else doing this. Nobody is.
Two founders built it with no funding and no team. Closed beta 20 October. Public launch 25 November. You'd be one of our first two hires, working alongside our design intern — every piece we put out is a copy-and-visual pair.
What you'd own. Our posting rhythm on LinkedIn and Instagram: writing it, publishing it, and telling us honestly what worked. Turning real product moments into things people stop scrolling for. And finding the people who'll use it first — travel communities, college trip groups, office trip organisers. We need twenty real travellers for the beta and today we have zero names. Your first target is 100 real conversations with travellers.
This is not a performance marketing role. No ad budgets, no Google or Meta Ads, no SEO. Everything before launch is organic — writing, posting, and talking to actual people.
Skills we're looking for
Writing short-form copy that sounds like a person, not a brand LinkedIn and Instagram organic — building an audience without spending money Community outreach: finding the right groups, starting conversations, following up without being a nuisance Reading performance and saying why something worked Research and lead-building — patiently, at volume Bonus: you already run something of your own — a page, a newsletter, a community
You don't need a marketing degree, agency experience, or a CV.
To apply, send two things to anand@tripneura.com:
Take the Goa story above and write the LinkedIn post. Under 150 words. Five places online where Indian group travellers actually hang out, and one line each on how you'd show up there without being a nuisance.
We reply to everyone who does the task.
