Marketing Intern
Marketing Intern (Content & Campaigns)
Dapur Penyet · Full-time · 3 months, with possible extension · Office-based · Singapore
Start: January 2027 (earlier start in December welcome)
About the role
Dapur Penyet is building its marketing function, and you'll be the first person in it. You'll run real campaigns across our outlets, with clear goals and measurable results. Strong performers will be considered for an extension or a full-time role.
What you'll do
Plan and run our Instagram and TikTok content calendar, posting 3–4 times a week
Create content yourself: food shots, short-form video, behind the scenes, outlet moments
Run our Ramadan and Hari Raya campaign: social content, outlet collateral and offer promotion
Plan and prepare a loyalty pilot at one outlet
Design digital and print collateral using our brand kit
Draft briefs for our video agency
Track results weekly and report what's working and what isn't
What we're looking for
Final-year student or recent graduate in marketing, communications or business; mid-2027 graduates preferred
Comfortable working independently with weekly check-ins, not daily direction
Confident creating short-form video and designing in Canva or similar
Comfortable with basic numbers: tracking results, spotting trends, comparing before and after
Organised: you can run several workstreams without dropping one
Familiarity with Indonesian or Malay food culture is a plus
What you'll get
Ownership of real campaigns with measurable outcomes, ready-made portfolio material
Direct exposure to how a multi-outlet F&B business runs
A possible extension or full-time role, based on the quality of your work
Allowance: S$1,000–1,200 per month
Earlier start welcome (December), including hands-on experience at Comic Con
How to apply
Send your CV plus one piece of content or design work you're proud of. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 45-minute interview, with a short scenario sent a few days beforehand to discuss.
