The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support brand awareness, community engagement, and content development. This is an unpaid internship ideal for undergraduate or graduate students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking experience in marketing at a fast-growing digital health startup.
The intern will work directly under the supervision of our Executive Director of Marketing and gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and content creation
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and performance tracking
- Conduct research on audience trends, competitor positioning, and potential partnerships
- Contribute to copywriting for digital content, blog posts, and website updates
- Help track and report on analytics and engagement metrics
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to support campaign development
Qualifications
- Strong interest in health equity, digital marketing, or social impact
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, or email platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
- Available 10–15 hours per week for a minimum of three months
