Marketing Intern

Reporting to: Assistant Brand Manager

As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Branding team to support campaign launches, digital content updates, partnerships, and marketing operations while developing practical skills in brand management and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing promotion mechanic checklists to support campaign setup across IT and POS systems.

• Support the updating of promotional content on PZH App, website and self-ordering kiosks.

• Assist with recipe cost tagging and administrative setup for new product and promotional launches.

• Coordinate menu board artwork updates with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

• Track campaign performance and compile sales reports for post-campaign analysis.

• Monitor competitors' marketing activities, product launches and pricing, and prepare regular market updates.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, media events, partnerships and on-ground activations.

• Assist with coordination between internal departments, agencies and vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team as required.
  

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.

• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months (up to 12 months preferred).

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Passionate about marketing, food & beverage, retail or consumer brands.
