Marketing Intern
That’s because we focus on what matters. No pointless meetings, micromanagement, or unnecessary bureaucracy getting in the way. And when we're not sure what the next move should be, we test it — we're data-driven, and insights beat gut feelings every time.
Same goes for how we treat each other. Feedback here is honest, because people actually listen, and there's no room for egos or hand-holding. Everyone's an experienced professional who moves fast and adapts easily.
All of this matters, because Omnisend is customer-funded and customer-driven, so our work stays rooted in solving real problems for ecommerce brands. Results > promises.
And when the work's done, we know how to enjoy it — the grown-up kind. Workations, team gatherings, the occasional party. Nothing forced, no awkward icebreakers. We genuinely like being around each other.
About the Role
We're growing our social media presence and are looking for an intern to take over the hands-on, day-to-day work — setting up and running social media profiles, creating and publishing content, and keeping our channels active and engaging.
This is a great entry point for someone who genuinely lives on social platforms and online communities and wants to turn that passion into real marketing experience. No prior work experience is required — just curiosity, reliability, creativity, and good English.
We're looking for someone who can join us for at least three months. This is a paid internship, and we're open to remote candidates.
What You'll Do
-
Set up and run our social media profiles day to day: scheduling and publishing posts, keeping them active and tidy.
-
Do the routine content work — drafting posts, preparing simple visuals, formatting, and posting on a regular schedule.
-
Keep an eye on relevant online communities and forums for trends and ideas, and flag anything worth acting on.
-
Respond to comments and basic audience interactions.
-
Keep simple records of what was posted and how it performed.
-
Support the senior team member with whatever hands-on tasks help keep things moving.
What We're Looking For
-
A genuine personal interest in social media and online communities - someone who already spends time there.
-
Good English (written and spoken). Our whole team works and communicates in English, so this is essential.
-
Reliable, organized, and happy to own the routine tasks and get them done consistently.
-
Willing to learn and take direction from the senior team member.
-
No professional experience required.
-
Any experience running social media profiles (even personal ones) or building an online following.
-
Basic skills making simple graphics
-
Interest in marketing, ecommerce, or online content.
