Role Overview
The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in promoting accessibility technology solutions including VRS, VRI, captioning services, and communication platforms. This internship provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, market research, and brand awareness campaigns within the accessibility and assistive technology industry.
This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in marketing, communications, accessibility technology, or social impact industries.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Creation
- Assist in creating marketing content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
- Support development of materials highlighting VRS, VRI, and captioning solutions
- Help design marketing collateral such as presentations, flyers, and digital assets
- Contribute to storytelling that highlights accessibility and inclusion
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with social media management and content scheduling
- Track engagement metrics and help analyze campaign performance
- Support SEO and website content updates
Market Research: Conduct research on:
- Deaf and Hard of Hearing technology trends
- Accessibility services market
- Competitor marketing strategies
- Identify opportunities for new outreach and partnerships
Event & Community Outreach: Support marketing efforts for:
- Accessibility conferences
- Deaf community events
- Webinars and educational workshops
- Assist with event promotions and follow-up campaigns
Brand Awareness: Help promote the company's mission of accessible communication and inclusive technology
- Assist with campaigns targeting:
- Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities
- Businesses needing accessibility compliance
- Healthcare, education, and government sectors
Learning Opportunities
Interns will gain experience in:

Skills & Experience Required - Essential
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
- Marketing
- Communications
- Business
- Public Relations
- Digital Media
- Or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in accessibility, inclusion, or assistive technology
- Familiarity with social media platforms
Skills & Experience Required - Desirable
- Knowledge of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community
- Basic knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL)
- Experience with marketing tools such as:
- Canva
- HubSpot
- Google Analytics
- Social media scheduling tools
