Internship Program 2027

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.

The position will be based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Marketing Intern, you will:

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, product positioning, and communication strategies related to global product launches, generating actionable insights to support marketing initiatives and business opportunities;
  
• Support the planning, development, and execution of innovation workshops with customers by creating presentation materials, customer journeys, and interactive activities that foster collaboration and engagement;
  
• Coordinate with advertising agencies and external suppliers to assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and other strategic initiatives;
  Manage and continuously update the Marketing SharePoint website with relevant news, content, and resources, while supporting the development and execution of internal communication plans to increase platform visibility and user engagement;
  
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team, including creating purchase orders (POs) in Ariba, preparing presentations, collecting information from global stakeholders, and collaborating with multicultural teams across different countries.

We believe you have

• Bachelor Studies in progress: Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, Corporate Communication;
  
• Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate & advanced Power Point), familiarity with AI tools, Mintel, Global Data, and Adobe Illustrator is desirable; English Advanced - Can communicate fluently, with strong skills in both written and spoken English.
  
• Availability for internship: January 19 to June 7, 2027.
  
• Graduation expected: July 2027 or afterwards.
  
• Availability to work and commute to our site 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, during the full internship program
