Marketing Lead

Lead marketing strategy and execution across go-to-market, product marketing, growth, paid campaigns, events, developer community marketing, thought leadership, brand initiatives, and enterprise pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term go-to-market strategies.
• Lead and mentor growth and product marketing teams while engaging in tactical execution.
• Oversee growth and product marketing teams to achieve strategic targets.
• Transition product marketing from single-product brand awareness to solutions and bundles.
• Run paid advertising and events to drive self-service revenue growth.
• Develop community marketing for developer audiences through blogs, Discord, and other channels.
• Develop thought leadership and brand marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with product teams on product marketing strategies and launches.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of marketing or related experience.
• Hands-on campaign management and tactical execution in an agile environment.
• Experience in gaming or an agency is ideal.
• Extensive technology marketing experience, including selling technology products and navigating developer ecosystems.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, product development, and customer success.
• Experience overseeing growth initiatives, optimizing operations, and crafting strategic marketing plans.
• Experience developing and executing product marketing strategies.
• Experience owning enterprise pipeline generation strategies using data-driven insights.
• Deep interest in and understanding of Web3 and blockchain technology.
