On behalf of our client, a Personal Care company that is looking to hire Marketing Lead position and will be responsible for end-to-end marketing initiatives. This position will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategy both offline and online
- Drive growth through performance marketing, SEO, influencer marketing CRM, and brand campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, and sales team to align messaging and go-to-market plans
- Analyze data and customer insights to optimize campign and improve ROI
- Build and mentor a lean, high-performing marketing team
- Manage external agencies, partners, and KOLs
- Own the marketing budget and deliver on key KPIs (CAC, retention, brand reach, etc)
Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- Proven track record in both brand-building and performance-driven marketing
- Strong understanding of digital channels, customer journey, and consumer behavior
- Data-driven with sharp business acumen and creativity
