The Marketing Lead is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and performance of the company’s marketing activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategic priorities.
The role acts as the central marketing owner across company-wide initiatives, leading cross-functional collaboration, integrated marketing campaigns, brand communication, and performance management. The Marketing Lead is expected to combine strategic thinking, strong project leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen the company’s market presence, drive engagement, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and lead the execution of the company’s marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
- Translate company goals into clear marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Identify marketing opportunities, target audiences, key messages, and appropriate channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Work closely with senior management and department leads to ensure marketing priorities support the company’s overall strategy.
Cross-Functional Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary marketing SPOC between the marketing department and other internal teams.
- Lead the marketing aspects of company-wide projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure clear communication of marketing objectives, responsibilities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Facilitate effective collaboration between marketing, business development, product, operations, and other relevant departments.
Campaign & Project Management
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across relevant online and offline channels.
- Manage marketing projects from concept development through execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Coordinate with internal team members, external agencies, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders when required.
- Ensure projects and campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.
- Prioritize marketing activities and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Brand & Marketing Communications
- Ensure consistency of the company’s brand identity, positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all communication channels.
- Oversee the development of marketing and communication materials across digital, social media, events, PR, partnerships, and corporate communications.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and engagement.
- Ensure all marketing activities effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to relevant audiences.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to marketing team members.
- Coordinate workloads, priorities, and responsibilities across the marketing function.
- Support the development of team capabilities and encourage accountability and ownership.
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performance working environment.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define and monitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance indicators.
- Analyze marketing performance, audience engagement, campaign results, and channel effectiveness.
- Use performance insights to continuously optimize marketing activities and resource allocation.
- Prepare regular marketing reports, recommendations, and presentations for management and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure marketing decisions are supported by data and measurable business outcomes.
Creativity & Innovation
- Lead the development of creative marketing concepts and innovative communication approaches.
- Encourage experimentation with new formats, platforms, technologies, and engagement strategies.
- Identify market and audience trends and translate them into relevant marketing opportunities.
- Develop creative solutions that enhance campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and increase audience engagement.
Events, PR & External Communications
- Support and oversee the marketing and communication aspects of corporate events, partnerships, activations, and external initiatives.
- Coordinate PR activities and external communications when required.
- Ensure events and external engagements are effectively leveraged to strengthen brand visibility and positioning.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant marketing experience, with demonstrated experience in leading marketing projects, campaigns, or teams.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns.
- Proven experience in marketing project management and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content, communications, and campaign management.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking marketing KPIs and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.

- Experience in events, PR, partnerships, and corporate communications is a plus.
