Marketing Manager (APAC)
Our client is a cryptocurrency exchange specializing in binary options trading with offices and presence across Asia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and customer acquisition in international markets
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with feature release and token listings
- Collaborate with product and business teams to launch new products and features that resonate with international customers
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Identify and analyze customer behavior and preferences to initiate marketing strategies
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, setting objectives and KPIs, providing guidance, and assessing performance
- Work with external agencies to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels in international markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and industry associations in international markets
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in international markets, and leverage this knowledge to develop innovative marketing strategies
Requirements
- At least five years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and customer acquisition in international markets
- Experience in the cryptocurrency or finance industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Business Level Japanese language to be able to communicate directly with japan stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
