Appwill.co is a team focused on buying and selling mobile games. As we grow, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to own our marketing function end-to-end.

What you'll do:
🎯 Lead a team of 4 marketing specialists (Email, Google Ads, Content, SEO)
📈 Drive marketing strategy and execution
🔹 Build and optimize the full funnel (Paid, SEO, Content, Email, CRM) into one connected system
🔹Track performance metrics and report on key results
🔹Ensure a steady, growing flow of qualified leads

What we're looking for:
🔹Proven marketing experience, ideally in a leadership role
🔹A track record of real results and case studies
🔹Ability to independently find and launch new traffic sources, prove results, and delegate execution to the right specialist
🔹Experience managing a team across email, PPC, content, and SEO
🔹Strong understanding of funnel building and optimization.
