As a Marketing Manager at PwC, you'll bring your integrated campaign leadership and B2B marketing experience to the Assurance Marketing team, shaping and delivering high-impact programs from strategy through to execution, based in Melbourne / Naarm or Sydney / Gadigal. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders in Assurance, connecting market insight to business ambition and ensuring marketing activity drives meaningful engagement with priority audiences.

What you’ll do:
- Synthesise market intelligence, client insights, business data and stakeholder perspectives to identify marketing opportunities across assurance, audit and trust-related issues, and inform strategy.
- Translate complex technical, regulatory and business issues into clear, audience-led marketing strategies and campaigns that demonstrate how Assurance can build confidence and trust.
- Develop a strong understanding of the issues shaping Assurance clients, including financial and non-financial reporting, regulatory change, governance, risk, technology and emerging areas of assurance, using these insights to identify opportunities for the business.
- Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of integrated campaigns, from objectives, audience definition and strategy through channel planning, execution, optimisation and measurement.
- Work closely with Assurance partners and subject matter experts to turn technical expertise and emerging client issues into relevant thought leadership, content and campaigns.
- Deliver activity across paid, owned and earned channels, including digital, social media, content, thought leadership, events, sponsorships, email, web, SEO, SEM and video.
- Connect Assurance priorities with broader firm and industry agendas, identifying opportunities to bring together expertise from across the firm and take more integrated propositions to market.
- Establish campaign objectives, audience journeys, measures of success and attribution approaches, with a clear focus on building engagement with priority clients and audiences.
- Monitor performance, assess return on investment, and use data and insights to optimise campaigns and inform future investment decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with Assurance partners, leadership teams and subject matter experts, helping clarify priorities, challenge thinking and translate business objectives into effective marketing responses.
- Confidently advise, influence and constructively challenge senior stakeholders while maintaining trust, alignment and shared accountability.
- Champion PwC’s visual and verbal identity and ensure all activity complies with brand, legal, risk and marketing governance requirements.
What we’re looking for:

- Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services, financial services or another complex, stakeholder-led environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns from strategy and planning through execution, optimisation and evaluation.
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise information, identify what matters and develop a clear point of view.
