Marketing Manager (B2B Technology)

Responsibilities

Shape and execute the annual marketing plan across the portfolio of maritime technology solutions, aligned to commercial targets
Craft positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to shipowners, ship managers, and enterprise maritime clients
Oversee content production spanning case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership articles, and product collateral
Run digital campaigns across LinkedIn, search, email, and the company website, monitoring spend against pipeline contribution
Coordinate participation in maritime industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and customer roundtables from concept through post-event follow-up
Partner with sales teams to supply enablement materials, pitch decks, and qualified leads that shorten the sales cycle
Track campaign metrics and channel performance, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence
Maintain brand consistency across corporate and sub-brand identities, including website updates and public communications
Cultivate relationships with maritime trade media, industry associations, and partner organisations to expand share of voice
Supervise external agencies, designers, and freelance contributors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, including exposure to B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, SEO, paid media, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Proven capability in campaign management and content development, with familiarity in maritime, logistics, or industrial technology sectors viewed favourably
Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound stakeholder management, and comfort operating independently in a fast-moving environment
