We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant to become one of the first team members of our growing company.
You'll work directly with the founder, participate in launching new marketing campaigns, communicate with customers from the United States, and help scale an AI product used by businesses across the country.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads from Meta Ads and other marketing channels
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Schedule demo meetings with potential clients
- Follow up with prospects to maximize demo bookings
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns
- Monitor SMS marketing campaigns
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
- Organize daily marketing operations
- Assist with marketing research and business development tasks
- Work closely with the founder on exciting AI projects
Requirements
- Excellent written English (B2+)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Fast learner with proactive mindset
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Experience with email marketing is a plus
- Remote work experience is a plus
