Marketing Manager
Position Summary
Bubble Down Car Wash is a fast-growing, multi-location express car wash brand on an exciting growth trajectory. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who is equal parts creative thinker and organized executor — someone who can own the day-to-day marketing activity that keeps our brand looking sharp, our locations on-point, and our customers engaged.
Reporting directly to the Director of Growth Marketing, this role is highly execution-focused. You'll be the engine behind our content, campaigns, collateral, and on-site presence — ensuring everything we put in front of customers is on-brand, visually consistent, and driving results. You'll work across print, digital, social, SMS, and physical signage, with a strong emphasis on content creation and local marketing.
What You'll Own
Brand Consistency & On-Site Marketing:
- Ensure all marketing creative — across digital, print, and physical — is visually consistent and aligned with Bubble Down brand standards.
- Conduct regular audits of on-site signage across all locations to confirm materials are current, accurate, and on-brand.
- Coordinate updates to location signage, menu boards, promotional displays, and other physical marketing touchpoints.
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of brand assets, templates, and approved marketing materials accessible to the team.
Print, Collateral & Sales Materials
- Manage the production of marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, promotional materials, giveaways, and sales leave-behinds.
- coordinate with vendors for printing, signage production, branded merchandise, and other physical materials — managing timelines, quantities, and quality.
- Support the Community Engagement and Operations teams with the materials they need for events, partnerships, and activations.
- Develop and maintain fleet program materials, sponsorship kits, and other B2B-facing sales assets.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Bubble Down's social media presence — owning content strategy, creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Develop a consistent, engaging content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) that reflects the brand's voice and drives awareness.
- Create or direct the creation of photo, video, graphic, and copy assets for organic and paid social content.
- Monitor social performance, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely, on-brand manner.
Digital Marketing & SMS Communications
- Own and execute SMS marketing campaigns — building lists, drafting messaging, scheduling sends, and tracking performance.
- Support email marketing initiatives including promotional campaigns, membership communications, and customer lifecycle messaging.
- Assist with paid digital advertising efforts (social ads, Google, display) in coordination with the Director of Growth Marketing or external agency partners.
- Maintain working knowledge of SEO best practices and support website content updates as needed.
Campaign Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on campaign performance across channels — social, SMS, email, digital, and print — providing regular updates to the Director of Growth Marketing.
- Monitor key metrics including engagement rates, reach, click-through rates, membership sign-ups, and promotional redemptions.
- Use performance data to make recommendations for optimization and future campaign strategy.
- Manage relationships with external agency partners and vendors, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and on brand.
