Marketing Manager: Campaign and Analytics

About ScopeX
ScopeX is building the financial operating system for global Indians. We help millions of Indians living abroad move, hold, and manage money across countries — starting with the cheapest, simplest way to send money home: zero transfer fees and 25 paise above the live Google rate, roughly ₹580 more in a family's hands on every €1,000 sent. That product, spread largely by word of mouth, has taken us to 50,000+ customers and €130M+ transferred across Europe→India (with Germany as our strongest market), and we're now live in the US — the world's largest India remittance corridor. Join us in making cross-border money movement affordable, reliable, and effortless. Learn more at
Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager: Campaigns & Analytics who lives at the intersection of execution and data. In this role, you'll plan, run, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns while owning the measurement layer that tells us what's actually working — turning raw funnel data into decisions. You'll work closely with our growth, lifecycle, and product teams to sharpen acquisition, improve ROI, and enhance user engagement. This is a high-ownership opportunity to help build the analytics foundation of a fast-scaling fintech serving a vibrant cross-border remittance market.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Management: Design, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and email) to drive user acquisition and engagement across our EU and US corridors.
- Attribution & Data Integrity: Own UTM discipline and attribution hygiene across all owned and paid links so every install and transfer traces to a source. Help stand up and maintain our attribution setup (AppsFlyer) as the single source of truth for channel performance.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze data across our stack (Metabase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads) to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and reduce cost per activated user.
- Funnel & Conversion Rate Analysis: Track and analyze user behavior across the marketing funnel (signup → KYC → first transfer → repeat), identifying drop-off points — especially at KYC and activation — and areas for improvement to enhance conversion rates and retention.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to the marketing and product teams. Communicate complex data in clear, actionable terms.
- Budget Management: Monitor and optimize marketing spend across channels to ensure efficient use of resources, aligning with budget goals and ROI targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, UX, lifecycle, and growth teams to align on messaging, user journeys, and product enhancements that improve campaign impact and user experience.
- Market Research & Audience Insights: Conduct research on target NRI demographics (starting with high-value markets like Germany and the US), competitor activity, and industry trends to inform campaign strategies and improve targeting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in digital marketing or marketing analytics, preferably in fintech, digital services, or a fast-paced startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite. Comfort with a product/BI analytics tool (Mixpanel, Metabase, or similar) and Excel (pivot tables, data analysis); familiarity with attribution (AppsFlyer) or a CRM/lifecycle tool (CleverTap or similar) is a plus.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights for optimizing campaigns.
- Campaign Management Expertise: Experience running multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance analysis. Knowledge of audience segmentation and retargeting strategies is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Bonus: Understanding of the NRI / Indian diaspora audience or cross-border remittance landscape.
What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package. Opportunity to work in a fast-growing fintech startup. A collaborative and supportive work environment. Opportunities for professional growth and development. Flexible working hours and remote work options.
