Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Chmura’s marketing initiatives across its SaaS and Consulting business lines. This hands-on role combines go-to-market planning, campaign execution, content development, digital marketing, and marketing operations.
The Marketing Manager will assess market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning to develop effective go-to-market approaches and translate those strategies into marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning (25%)
- Assess market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning to develop go-to-market approaches for Chmura’s products and services.
- Define target audiences, value propositions, messaging, channels, and marketing tactics.
- Develop go-to-market plans in partnership with Product, Sales, Consulting, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate results and market feedback to refine positioning and go-to-market approaches.
Campaign Execution & Demand Generation (25%)
- Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and company growth.
- Manage digital marketing activities across email, PPC and other paid media, website, SEO, and other relevant channels.
- Manage marketing automation activities, including campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated customer journeys.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on engagement, conversion, and lead-generation results.
Content, Brand & Sales Enablement (20%)
- Develop and coordinate marketing content and customer-facing materials across channels.
- Partner with Sales to develop presentations, case studies, collateral, and other sales enablement resources.
- Translate technical, economic, data, and product information into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across marketing channels.
Agency & Marketing Operations (20%)
- Manage Chmura’s external marketing agency partner, including priorities, project briefs, deliverables, timelines, and results.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns, product launches, events, and other marketing activities.
- Manage marketing activities, vendors, and agency expenses within the established budget.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and workflows.
Market Insights & Performance (10%)
- Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to inform positioning and marketing strategy.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics and recommend changes to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate Chmura’s participation in conferences, webinars, and other external marketing opportunities.
