We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies, strengthen brand presence, and generate qualified leads to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Manage website, SEO, GEO, AEO, and social media channels.

• Create and coordinate marketing content, promotions and campaigns.

• Generate and nurture leads to support the sales team.

• Monitor marketing performance, traffic, leads, and ROI.

• Conduct market and competitor research and identify new growth opportunities.

• Work closely with the sales and management teams to align marketing activities with business targets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, construction, renovation or building materials.

• Strong digital marketing, content, and lead-generation skills.

• Proactive, creative, and results-oriented.

• Good communication and project management skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
