Marketing Manager, DTC E-commerce (Brand and Conversion)

We're a US skincare brand. We sell through our own Shopify store and TikTok Shop, in the US and internationally. There's a second brand in the same space you'd also work on.

Small team, No layers, decisions happen the same day you ask.

The role in one sentence - You own what the brand says, and how well it sells.

What you'll do
Write the copy. Product pages, landing pages, TikTok Shop listings, email sequences, video scripts and hooks. You write it - you don't brief a copywriter and wait.
Own the message. Positioning, the mechanism story, the hook bank, and what we can and can't claim.
Direct the vendors. Designer, video editor, photographer, email agency. You brief them and you approve the output.
Find what's broken. Read reviews, survey buyers, watch session recordings, form a hypothesis, test it, write down what happened.
Work on the offer. Bundles, kits, subscription, post-purchase upsells. Conversion rate is half the job; average order value and repeat purchase are the other half.

What we're looking for
You've written copy for a consumer product that people actually bought. Physical product preferred. Send samples - this matters more than your CV.
E-commerce background (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar). This isn't a B2B or SaaS role.
You can copywrite a landing page yourself.
English strong enough to write for a US consumer (C1+). We'll ask for a short sample.
You're fine being measured on numbers.

This role does not include buying media. We're not asking you to run Meta or TikTok ads.

Process
Short call → paid test task (about 4 hours, we pay for it, most be not AI written) → offer. We won't drag you through five rounds.
