About the Role

Elites Holdings, a parent company with interests in real estate, chauffeur services, and integrated agro farming, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the poultry/agro sector to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities in the poultry/agro sector across Lagos and surrounding regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide market intelligence to support business decisions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management updates.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support to improve customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
• 10–12 years’ marketing experience in the agro-business sector, specifically poultry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of Nigeria’s poultry market and customer base.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel as required.
