Position: Marketing Manager, Employee Incentives
Role Summary
As a Marketing Manager, Promotion, you will own the design, execution, and optimization of promotion and incentive programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will leverage cohort analysis, audience segmentation, and ROI evaluation to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness. This role requires close collaboration across business, product, operations, and analytics teams to build scalable promotion strategies and measurable business outcomes. Experience in (Growth Marketing), (CRM Marketing), or (Customer Lifecycle Marketing) environments will provide additional perspective for success.
What will you do?
• Design and optimize promotion and incentive program mechanisms to improve participation, conversion, and retention outcomes.
• Conduct cohort analysis and audience segmentation to develop differentiated marketing strategies for distinct customer groups.
• Track promotion performance, evaluate ROI and cost effectiveness, and recommend resource allocation improvements.
• Partner cross-functionally with business, product, analytics, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
• Utilize data analysis to drive target audience selection, campaign optimization, and strategic decision-making.
• Develop new marketing initiatives and optimization plans supported by measurable business results.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience independently designing and optimizing promotion or incentive programs.
• Experience conducting cohort analysis and translating insights into segment-specific strategies.
• Strong analytical capability with experience measuring ROI, cost efficiency, conversion rate, and other quantitative KPIs.
• Proven experience utilizing data analysis to support marketing decisions.
• Experience driving projects through cross-functional collaboration.
• Marketing experience with demonstrated ability to propose strategic recommendations and optimization initiatives.
• Business English communication capability for interaction with international stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing pricing mechanisms.
• Experience managing loyalty programs, rewards programs, or retention initiatives.
• Experience with customer segmentation frameworks.
• Exposure to growth analytics or performance marketing environments.
• Experience supporting supply-side marketing initiatives.
• Agency-side marketing experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, travel-tech, delivery-tech, fintech, or platform businesses.
• Demonstrated potential to influence peers and lead initiatives across teams.
