Holiday at Home is a family-run specialist in 5-star self-catering escapes — luxury cottages, farmhouses and lodges set across some of North Yorkshire's most beautiful corners. We're creating a new Marketing Manager role to drive an ambitious growth phase, bringing fresh thinking, a curiosity for technology and AI, and smarter ways of working to how our properties are seen, felt and booked.

You'll have clear growth targets and real scope to shape how we get there. If you have an instinct for luxury brand storytelling and are a commercially-minded marketer, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Champion brand awareness through PR, strategic partnerships and events that raise our profile
  • Direct our organic and paid social media strategy, growing engagement and turning followers into guests
  • Set the strategic direction for website performance, SEO and content optimisation, shaping blog, newsletter and web copy that brings each property to life.
  • Oversee a wide range of digital advertising, targeted offline and print campaigns
  • Brief high-quality photography and video for current and new properties
  • Build and run marketing campaigns for new property launches as our portfolio continues to expand
  • Set priorities, track KPIs and own the budget for the marketing team
  • Work closely alongside the Head of Sales, aligning marketing activity with wider commercial goals
  • Oversee a smaller strand of marketing to prospective property owners, alongside a core focus on guest marketing

Who will thrive in this role:

  • A natural creative who instinctively knows how to present luxury properties beautifully, in both words and images
  • Someone digitally fluent across SEO, PPC, social and content, with the strategic head to bring it all together
  • A confident, supportive people manager who enjoys working in a small business
  • Someone comfortable owning a budget and reporting on results to company directors
  • Being based within around a 30-minute drive of Richmond, DL10 7EY

Salary: £38,000–£46,000 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Work Location: Being present in the office and particularly at the properties is important to this role. We prefer 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH.
