This role supports APAC marketing efforts in Japan by owning campaigns, managing external agencies, coordinating events and speaking opportunities, producing marketing content, and measuring and reporting on initiatives. The position is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver, execute, and measure localized B2B marketing campaigns to acquire gaming leads and partners in Japan.
  • Create, manage, execute, measure, and report on marketing projects across Commerce solutions and services.
  • Manage relationships with digital media, public relations, and trade show production agencies.
  • Organize public speaking opportunities for company experts.
  • Collaborate with regional business development teams to create content, onboard leads, and secure meetings.
  • Share ideas to improve marketing team efficiency and achieve objectives.
  • Execute paid advertising, social media, content distribution, webinars, video, blogs, ebooks, and translated campaign materials.
  • Coordinate administrative support and design approvals while leading event execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in an agency, brand, ad-technology, or mobile apps background.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience creating and developing trade shows and branded B2B experiential marketing events.
  • Experience managing events from planning through execution and post-event analysis.
  • Experience working with digital media agencies, trade show producers, and public relations agencies.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency and fluent English.
  • Experience with global companies or environments preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team preferred.
