Position Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can run both sides of the funnel — build the brand and deliver measurable pipeline and revenue. You will own campaigns end to end: the idea, the execution, the spend, the numbers, and the retention loop that follows.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Key Responsibilities
- Shape brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction across both B2B and B2C audiences, adapting tone and channel mix for each.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, events, and partnerships.
- Manage the content calendar, brand collaterals, and creative/agency partners, maintaining consistency of brand guidelines across all touchpoints. Evaluate and implement marketing tools across analytics, automation, attribution, and creative production.
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Own the monthly and quarterly media budget in partnership with the VP – Marketing: allocation, pacing, and reallocation based on performance.
- Drive the core metrics — CAC, ROAS, CPL, lead-to-conversion rate — and run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Work with sales on lead quality, funnel leakage, and closing the loop between marketing spend and revenue.
- Evaluate and implement marketing tools across analytics, automation, attribution, and creative production.
- Use AI tools to speed up content production, creative variations, audience research, copy testing, and reporting; set up repeatable workflows the team can follow.
- Build dashboards that give leadership a single view of spend, funnel, and outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 marketing executives; set priorities, review output, and build capability.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, including scope, timelines, and performance.
- Partner with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing plans with business targets.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold both a B.Tech / Engg. degree and an MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing
- Proven expertise in: Brand management, Digital/performance marketing, Campaign planning (ATL & BTL), CRM and customer lifecycle management
- Strong creative orientation for brand assets and campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
