Marketing Manager (LATAM-focused)

Own LATAM marketing strategy and execution across events, PR, partnerships, localized messaging, demand generation, AI-enabled workflows, and market intelligence for Reap's fintech and payments products.

Responsibilities

• Own LATAM market activations end to end, including events and PR.
• Build local partnerships and co-marketing with fintechs, PSPs, exchanges, and ecosystem players.
• Support country managers across Mexico, Brazil, and Spanish-speaking LATAM.
• Localize global messaging for Mexico, Brazil, and Spanish-speaking LATAM.
• Run hands-on demand generation for Mexico and own monthly signup and pipeline targets.
• Use AI to draft and localize copy, launch campaigns, synthesize market intelligence, and scale follow-up.
• Feed local market and competitor insights into global product marketing, PR, and strategy.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in B2B marketing with meaningful experience in fintech or payments.
• Crypto and stablecoin fluency is a strong plus.
• Hands-on execution experience across campaigns, events, copy, design briefs, and HubSpot.
• Experience building a market, function, or launch from zero to one.
• Ability to move quickly and launch campaigns or events in under two weeks.
• AI fluency in daily marketing workflows.
• Full-funnel marketing experience connecting relationships and activities to pipeline.
• Willingness to travel actively across LATAM and work across time zones.
• Based in Mexico City with strong LATAM fintech and payments relationships.
• Native or bilingual Spanish and fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
