Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and promote the company's certification, inspection, sustainability, and consultancy services.

2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and relevant stakeholders.

3. Project Coordination: Coordinate certification, compliance, inspection, and consultancy projects to ensure timely and effective service delivery.

4. Certification & Compliance Support: Assist with certification applications, documentation, audit arrangements, and communication with certification bodies and technical experts.

5. Sales & Commercial Support: Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and tender submissions, and follow up on business enquiries and payments.

6. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and potential business opportunities.

7. Operational Support: Support daily departmental operations, maintain project records, and prepare regular business and project reports.

8. Other Duties: Perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.
