Marketing Manager: Luxury Real Estate (Los Angeles).
Full-time, remote, supporting a Los Angeles-based team.

Role Overview:
- You will run listing marketing for a top-producing Los Angeles real estate team, brokered by REAL.
- The team works across Playa Del Rey, Playa Vista, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Bel-Air, and Beverly Hills.
- Marketing is central to how this team wins listings.
- Sellers see the marketing plan before they sign, so your work is part of the pitch, not an afterthought.
- You will own listing marketing end to end.
- You will brief a Production Specialist and outside vendors, and make sure every launch hits the market on the date the seller was promised.
- This is a long-term, full-time placement.
- You will have real ownership of the marketing calendar, the channels, and seller reporting.
- Behind you are a production team, established vendors, and leadership that treats marketing as core to the business.

Responsibilities:
- Build each listing’s marketing plan.
- Set the launch date and delivery schedule.
- Brief the Production Specialist and vendors.
- Be accountable for launching on the date the seller was promised.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, the monthly newsletter, and paid listing promotion.
- Decide what goes out and when.
- Approve every piece before it is published.
- Own the seller report template.
- Review every report before it goes out, every two weeks during active listings and at each milestone.
- Book photographers, videographers, printers, sign companies, and the website vendor.
- Hold vendors to deadlines.
- Check vendor work before any agent or client sees it.
- Deliver a one-page monthly performance report to the team lead covering spend by listing and channel, leads by source, what shipped, what is behind, and your recommendations.
- Run a monthly channel and spend review.
- Keep brand standards consistent everywhere, including correct DRE and compliance language.
- Own the reference sheet and template library.
- Ship one documented system or template improvement every month.
- Write clear briefs for CRM, website, or automation work handed to vendors or contractors, scoping the work rather than building it.

Requirements:
- 3+ years running marketing for a real estate team, a brokerage, or another business where marketing supports a sales team.
- A track record of running a calendar with many simultaneous projects and hitting every date.
- Experience briefing and managing outside vendors, including photographers and printers.
- Skill directing AI tools like Claude and Canva to produce first drafts, then editing them to a high standard.
- Professional English at C1 level or higher, written and spoken, with the confidence to walk a seller through a marketing plan on a call.
- Hands-on experience running Instagram and Facebook, including paid promotion.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with HeyGen or similar AI video tools.
- Familiarity with real estate compliance and MLS requirements.

Benefits:
- Competitive salary plus monthly profit sharing.
- Paid US holidays and paid wellness days.
- Health and wellness allowance.
- Long-term placement with a real path to growth.
- Ongoing training in AI and real estate marketing.
- A dedicated success coach.
