Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our brand presence across digital channels, creating engaging content, and helping us grow through strategic communications and marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing:
✦ Create and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (posts, visuals, and short videos).
✦ Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and support CEO content (drafts, repurposing, idea generation).
✦ Collaborate closely with the Project Management, Design, and Sales teams to create marketing assets.
✦ Develop brand strategy and support brand direction initiatives.
✦ Monitor engagement, respond to basic interactions, and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
✦ Track marketing performance weekly and monthly (Website, MQL, social metrics).
✦ Update website content — including service pages, blog posts, team bios, and career sections.
✦ Create and maintain marketing materials like pitch decks, case studies, portfolios, and one-pagers.
✦ Support the sales team with service PDFs, presentations, and marketing collateral.
✦ Research media outlets and support basic PR activities like coordinating publications and contributed articles.
✦ Explore co-marketing and partnership opportunities with aligned companies and platforms.
✦ Coordinate link exchanges, guest posting, and other joint promotion initiatives.

Requirements:
✦ Proactivity and initiative – ability to spot opportunities for content, partnerships, and collaborations.
✦ Strong written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+).
✦ Basic social media management – especially LinkedIn: planning, posting, engagement.
✦ Content creation skills – writing posts, creating visuals and short videos.
✦ Understanding of website content and basic SEO principles.
✦ Basic design skills – experience with Canva or Figma.
✦ Research skills – competitors, media outlets, potential partners.
✦ Basic PR experience – media research, coordinating publications, contributed articles.
✦ Experience working with marketing materials – presentations, one-pagers, PDFs.
✦ Basic marketing analytics – GA4, UTM links, and social media metrics.
✦ Cross-functional collaboration – especially with Design, PM, and Sales teams.
✦ Familiarity with AI tools in marketing workflows.
✦ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have:
Basic video editing or advanced design skills.
Experience developing brand strategies.
Familiarity with modern web and product topics (SaaS, UI/UX, eCommerce, PWA).
Experience with B2B tools (Hubspot, Notion, Google Analytics).
