Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve marketing activities for Indra Germany and its core business units, ensuring alignment with Group guidelines and corporate identity standards.
- Ensure the consistent application of Indra Group’s corporate identity across all German communication channels, including the coordination of digital and print media production and pre-print processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and manage social media presence and create platform-specific content to support employer branding and business development objectives.
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate participation in national and international trade fairs and industry events in collaboration with business units and Group Headquarters.
- Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing projects, including the creation of presentations, marketing materials, and graphic content.
- Maintain and update website content and commercial repositories, ensuring the organization and management of commercial documentation.
- Assist in the planning and tracking of marketing resources, including budgets, timelines, and materials.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of experience in a comparable corporate marketing role, ideally within a B2B, technology, aerospace, or defence environment.
- Solid understanding of corporate branding and proven experience in applying corporate identity and brand guidelines across digital and print communications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in print production workflows; advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good knowledge of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and brand management as well as experience coordinating designers, agencies, and other creative contributors within project environments.
- Proven track record in developing and managing social media content across multiple platforms.
- Experience in the preparation and coordination of trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Fluent in German and English (Spanish is advantageous).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with local teams, business units, and international headquarters.
- Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented working style with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel between Indra’s German locations (Cologne, Langen/Frankfurt, and Friedrichshafen).
