Marketing Manager
NeoWork is hiring Marketing Managers to own marketing delivery for U.S. companies and agency clients. You will turn strategy into executed campaigns across SEO, paid media, and marketing operations, and keep projects, vendors, and stakeholders on track.
NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
• Own marketing projects end to end, from plan to launch to reporting
• Manage deliverables and timelines in tools such as Asana or ClickUp
• Brief and manage contractors, designers, and specialists
• Lead client or stakeholder calls and report on performance
• Analyze results in GA4 and recommend optimizations
• Flag risks, blockers, and scope changes early
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, or marketing strategy
• Agency or client services experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in GA4 and website performance analysis
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday)
• Professional spoken and written English, comfortable leading calls
• Strong ownership and written communication skills
• Based in Brazil, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have
• Hands-on SEO or conversion optimization experience
• Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation
