We are looking for an Insurance Product Marketing Manager with major Life and Health insurance communications experience in to join our global professional-services organization.
This person will coordinate customer-facing product and marketing materials, ensuring they are accurate, compliant and consistent with the insurer’s brand standards. The role works closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Distribution and Operations teams
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and review of customer-facing insurance product materials.
- Manage content such as product brochures, application forms, proposal documents, sales kits and distributor materials.
- Ensure marketing and product communications follow approved brand guidelines and messaging.
- Work with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure materials meet regulatory and governance requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews, approvals and updates before materials are released.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns and customer-engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain materials used by agents, distributors and other sales channels.
- Review digital and offline content for accuracy, clarity and consistency.
- Maintain proper documentation and approval records for audit purposes.
- Resolve feedback or delays arising during the review and approval process.
- Identify opportunities to improve communication-development and governance processes.
Requirements
- Experience within Singapore’s Life Insurance or Health Insurance industry.
- Experience supporting insurance product communications, marketing, branding or customer documentation.
- Familiarity with insurance products, distribution channels and customer communication requirements.
- Experience coordinating the review and approval of materials within a regulated environment.
- Strong stakeholder-management experience across business and support functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high quality standards.
- Strong organizational and project-coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple materials, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of insurance marketing regulations and brand-governance processes would be preferred.
- Experience with digital content, distributor communications or marketing operations would be advantageous.
- Exposure to insurance product development or product management would be beneficial.
