Marketing Manager
Oracle Lighting Marketing Manager
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to be the Chief Revenue Officer's day-to-day operating partner on the retail side of the business. Our influencer/ambassador program, product launch process, and community engagement playbooks are already built and running — this role owns making them run well, while also coordinating our email/SMS, Shopify site, and social efforts into one tight, on-time execution engine.
This is a hands-on, execution-first seat for someone who thrives on structure, moves fast, and is comfortable directing vendors and teammates across multiple channels at once. We'd love for this person to be a genuine car enthusiast with real interest in the truck, Jeep, and aftermarket space — someone who already lives in our world and understands our customer.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the CRO's right hand on retail marketing — turning priorities into a coordinated plan across all retail activation platforms, including not limited to email/SMS, the website, and social
- Own project management for retail marketing: maintain timelines, track tasks across teams and vendors, and flag risks before they become fire drills
- Partner with our Klaviyo lead on email/SMS campaigns and flows, and our Shopify lead on site merchandising and CRO testing
- Manage our paid social agency partner — briefs, creative review, budget pacing, and reporting
- Direct our Social Media Manager's content calendar to stay aligned with launches and brand voice
- Run our established ambassador and influencer program — recruiting, onboarding, tracking, reporting
- Execute our new-product rollout playbook for every launch
- Manage our presence in owned and third-party enthusiast forums and Facebook groups, following our existing engagement playbook
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in retail/eCommerce marketing, marketing operations, or project management — automotive aftermarket or enthusiast space strongly preferred
- Experience directing the work of others (direct reports, vendors, or agency partners), including setting expectations, reviewing output, and giving feedback
- Proven project management skills: comfortable owning timelines, tracking multiple workstreams, and keeping cross-functional partners on schedule
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who's process-minded: coordinates across retention, eCommerce, and social without owning any single channel, and knows how to both execute within established systems and improve them
