Marketing Manager - Peak

FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria PLC is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand strategies within the Middle East, Pakistan & Africa (MEPA) business group.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable brand growth, strengthening market leadership, improving profitability, and delivering impactful consumer-focused initiatives in a dynamic and competitive marketplace. As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will combine strategic thinking, market insight, and innovation to enhance brand equity and deliver business results while leading and developing a high-performing team

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification or MBA will be an added advantage.
* Significant experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and commercial leadership, preferably within the FMCG industry.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand growth strategies.
* Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
* Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation initiatives.
