Compensation: No equity

The role Premagic powers storytelling for some of the largest events and event companies in the world. We are now looking for someone who can scale the Premagic narrative itself. At the core, you are a writer who loves telling stories: about the product, about our customers, and about the people building this company. You will run marketing for Premagic end to end, work directly with the founders, set direction for our in-house content team, and tie the website, blogs, email, product launches, founder content and event campaigns into one voice. No paid campaigns; this is an organic, earned-growth role.

What you will do

  1. Run marketing: You own the marketing function at Premagic. Set the plan, own the calendar across every channel below, and answer for what marketing delivers each quarter.
  2. Content engine: Your sharpest lever. Blog, how-to articles, campaign playbooks and regional customer stories that earn search visibility and inbound interest. You own the calendar and execution.
  3. Website and Socials: The website is the front door of the Premagic narrative. You own its messaging and page copy, and keep it current as products launch and stories land. LinkedIn is our primary channel: you own the company page, the posting rhythm and what gets amplified.
  4. Product marketing: Turn product releases into launches. Customer and prospect communication, blog posts, landing pages and a monthly features newsletter, so the product is never our best-kept secret.
  5. Founder-led distribution: Turn the founders’ raw thoughts in videos and voice notes into posts, excerpts and stories, and set a weekly rhythm for their input. You set up and own the machine around their voice.
  6. Events marketing: Build web and other content pages around major industry events, keep our event calendar researched, and support campaigns and follow-ups around the 6–8 events we do each year.
  7. Direction, not just execution: Give clear briefs and direction to our content executive and social intern. You set priorities and keep work moving; you do not need to do everything yourself. The goal of all of the above is to translate activity into visibility and qualified leads for Premagic.

What we look for

  1. 4–6 years in B2B SaaS or startup marketing with strong writing at the core. Exceptional candidates with less experience are welcome.
  2. You started in content and grew into broader marketing. You can point at work that earned traffic, leads or press, and tell us exactly why it worked.
  3. Strong project management: you time-box, prioritise and ship without being chased.
  4. Comfort with AI tools for research, drafting and repurposing, with the judgment to keep output human.
  5. Bonus: event-industry exposure, basic SEO tooling, simple design or video editing.

Location, compensation and growth Remote-first, with a strong preference for Kochi or willingness to relocate (relocation support available). We are opening a Kochi office this quarter and bringing the team together for a working week every quarter. Compensation: Competitive, with ESOPs on the table for strong performance at the end of year 1. You will work directly with the leadership and shape the marketing function as it grows around you.
