Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and drive revenue across the company's portfolio. The role oversees digital and traditional marketing initiatives, campaigns, partnerships, events, and promotional activities while ensuring brand consistency and achieving business objectives. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and maximize ROI. Marketing Strategy • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives. • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives based on insights and KPIs. Brand Management • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels. • Maintain brand standards across all customer touchpoints. • Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market presence. Digital Marketing • Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising. • Oversee website content and digital customer engagement initiatives. • Track digital performance metrics and prepare campaign reports. Events & Promotions • Plan and manage marketing events, product launches, activations, and promotional campaigns. • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful execution. • Evaluate event performance and return on investment. Budget & Stakeholder Management • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget. • Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and suppliers. • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support commercial objectives. Reporting & Analysis • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities. • Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements. • Present marketing performance reports to senior management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of marketing experience within the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry. • Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, CRM, and customer engagement strategies. • Experience managing multiple restaurant brands or outlets is highly preferred. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
