Marketing Manager, Public Sector (R-19430)
The Marketing Manager (Public Sector) is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across U.S. and Canadian public sector markets. It translates corporate narrative into mission-relevant campaigns tailored to federal, state, and local government audiences.
Essential Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute public sector marketing strategy to accelerate growth and strengthen brand positioning.

Plan and deliver in-person and virtual events such as government conferences, roundtables, and partner events.

Partner with public sector sales and channel teams to drive pipeline through joint marketing programs.

Develop public sector-specific content aligned to procurement and compliance requirements.

Track and report campaign performance including lead generation, pipeline, and revenue impact.

Stay current on government procurement cycles and compliance requirements.

Continuously optimize marketing programs to improve engagement and ROI.
Essential Skills and/or Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.

At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience.

Experience partnering with public sector sales and channel partners.

Knowledge of government procurement and compliance environment.

Experience in event planning, sponsorships, and budget management.

Strong data-driven and analytical skills.

Strong project management and multitasking capability.

Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Skills.
