Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social media, print, and offline events).
Manage recruitment ad campaigns across job portals and social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
Oversee brand positioning, content creation, and messaging to attract both candidates and prospective corporate clients.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI to optimize marketing spend.
Collaborate with the recruitment sales team to align marketing initiatives with business growth targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or digital advertising (experience in agency/recruitment sectors is a strong plus).
Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media management, and lead generation.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
