Marketing Manager (Remote)

What We Need
Corpay is seeking a Marketing Manager who is a strategic and highly organized marketing professional to support continued growth across our Lodging lines of business. This role is responsible for managing industry events and sponsorships, planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives, supporting demand generation campaigns, coordinating creative projects, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple business units.
The Marketing Manager will deliver impactful marketing programs that drive awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This position requires a self-motivated and detail-oriented marketer who can successfully manage multiple projects, budgets, and stakeholders while maintaining a high level of organization and communication.
You will report directly to the Sr. Director, Portfolio Manager, and regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and business leaders.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:

Support cross-functional marketing initiatives and projects across the Lodging portfolio.

Strategic thinking to make sure work aligns with business goals, is process-oriented, and can effectively prioritize and manage tasks

Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, keeping activity on track across the wider marketing calendar.

Acting as a project lead where required, proactively identifying what needs to happen and driving activity forward rather than waiting to be directed.

Ensuring that events and marketing campaigns follow the company’s identity, brand, and organizational guidelines.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including agencies, freelancers, and vendors, to ensure smooth delivery of events and campaigns.

Generating and using data to inform decisions and improve performance across campaigns, content, and social media activity

Event Marketing

Planning and execution of U.S. and global industry conferences, trade shows, client events, sponsorships, and strategic meetings.

Manage sponsorship opportunities and ensure fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables.

Manage event budgets, registrations, show selection and booth logistics, hotel room blocks, shipping, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and post-event reconciliation.

Partner closely with internal creative and demand teams and external agencies to develop event assets and collateral.

Coordinate pre-show and post-show marketing campaigns as well as in-booth promotions/sponsorships to maximize event ROI.

Assist the marketing team in other research and event management duties as assigned.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting multiple Lodging lines of business.

Partner with others in marketing, sales, and business leaders to align initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Lead bi-weekly planning meetings with strategy teams to review upcoming campaigns, events, budgets, priorities, and project status.

Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and project execution from planning through completion.

Coordinate project management support for press releases and product announcements.

Plan and manage a consistent and engaging social media and content schedule that grows followers and drives meaningful engagement.

Own content updates and organization for the internal Sales & Marketing Hub (SharePoint).

Document and maintain marketing processes and best practices.

Budget & Vendor Management

Manage marketing budget for events, campaigns, sponsorships, and promotional programs.

Perform monthly and quarterly budget reconciliation and reporting.

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

Oversee promotional merchandise budget, ordering, inventory management, and event fulfillment.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, event marketing, campaign management, or related marketing roles. Experience in fintech/financial services or lodging industries a plus but not required.

Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience managing trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and customer events.

Content and social media marketing experience with demonstrated success.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.

Relationship-building skills and ability to support and work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple business units.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and AI tools. Bottom of Form
