Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that elevate BUZUD’s market positioning as a trusted health technology and medical device brand.
Translate business goals into creative, high-impact offline and direct-to-consumer marketing strategies.
Maintain strict brand consistency across all visual assets, messaging channels, and consumer touchpoints.
2. Experiential Retail & Showroom Marketing
Oversee the marketing and experiential layout of physical retail touchpoints (such as showroom spaces at Raffles Hospital and Novena Square 2) to maximize customer engagement and product trial conversion.
Plan and execute in-store events, live health-monitoring demonstrations, and customer onboarding experiences.
Collaborate with retail and pharmacy partners to optimize in-store merchandising and point-of-sale visibility.
3. Institutional Partnerships & B2B Engagement
Forge and manage strategic collaborations with hospitals, medical institutions, nursing associations, and corporate wellness programs.
Spearhead BUZUD's participation in major regional medical conventions, health festivals, and community wellness roadshows.
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical professionals, and health advocates to drive clinical credibility.
4. Public Relations (PR) & Community Relations
Lead public relations initiatives, drafting press releases and securing media coverage in health publications, newspapers, and broadcast media.
Direct organic social media engagement, lifestyle storytelling, and community-building initiatives across non-search social channels.
Coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and elderly care awareness campaigns that align with BUZUD's health-first ethos.
5. Team Leadership & Budget Management
Lead, mentor, and inspire marketing team members and external creative agencies.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources toward high-ROI experiential, PR, and partnership channels.
Track campaign performance metrics, consumer feedback, and market trends to continuously refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, wellness, or premium consumer tech retail.
Skills:
Exceptional strategic thinking and project management abilities.
Strong background in experiential retail, event marketing, and PR.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior within the health and wellness sector.
