Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing activities of a growing luxury wellness and weight-management brand based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Key responsibilities
* Create and manage the monthly marketing and social media calendar
* Plan and execute campaigns for services, products and offers
* Oversee designers, content creators and remote team members
* Ensure content is filmed, edited, approved, scheduled and posted on time
* Maintain consistent brand colours, tone and messaging
* Review flyers, videos, captions and campaigns before publication
* Support with editing and other marketing tasks when needed
* Track enquiries, engagement, campaign performance and sales
* Bring fresh ideas, partnerships and growth opportunities
* Provide weekly updates and ensure the team meets deadlines

Requirements
* Proven marketing and campaign experience
* Strong understanding of weight management, wellness and luxury branding
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong social media and content-planning skills
* Able to manage people, multitask and work proactively
* Comfortable with basic video editing and reviewing creative work

Role details
* Full-time
* Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
* Office: Monday to Thursday
* Remote: Saturday
* Salary: ₦250,000 monthly plus bonuses
* Salary may be negotiated for exceptional candidates with strong, proven experience
