Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager

Location: Horsham

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: up to £55k (Dependent on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week. Core working hours Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

About the Role

We're a UK broadband business, and we work with a high volume of warm, high-intent leads - people who already need what we offer. That volume is the whole point of this role, because it means you can learn fast.

A test you launch on Monday can have a meaningful read by Friday. An idea you have in the shower can be live, measured, and either proven or revised within a week. The funnel from “lead arrives” to “customer signed up” is yours to own, optimise, and keep optimising.

And this is where AI earns its keep. You'll have it in your toolkit to spin up variants, interrogate results and surface patterns across thousands of conversions — and you'll love that you can. The faster you can put AI to work, the faster the whole loop turns.

What you will be doing

· Develop and deliver conversion marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business targets.

· Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

· Contribute to customer journey improvements, including renewals, loyalty, and reactivation initiatives.

· Support the rollout of new marketing technologies, including AI-driven campaigns and automation software.

· Maintain brand reputation through customer review platforms (Trustpilot & Google reviews), PR, and listings on comparison sites.

· Provide strategic leadership for lead generation and conversion activities maximizing customer acquisition and retention.

· Prepare and present campaign performance reports and insights to key stakeholders, providing data informed recommendations.

· Lead, coach and develop marketing team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

· Manage and monitor marketing budgets and support sales forecasting against business objectives.

What we are looking for

· A hands-on marketing professional with at least four years’ experience across digital marketing channels, with knowledge of e-commerce, marketing automation and customer optimization.

· Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
