The Planet Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 5-month contract, working an onsite schedule in New York, NY.
Marketing Manager | Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience managing partner marketing relationships
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Experience cultivating innovative marketing partnerships that drive business growth
- Direct experience supporting global partner marketing strategies and activation plans, developing marketing content for partners, and ensuring alignment and consistent positioning in partner campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication -- with ability to adapt for different audiences, facilitate discussion, and persuasively convey key messages
- Strategic and resourceful business-minded marketer
- Skilled at driving collaboration with partners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure mutual success
- Deep understanding of what it takes to build and operationalize a global partner marketing program
- Direct experience working for or with channel partners in the adtech or performance media space is beneficial
- Some travel will be required
- Bring focus, channel strategy, and executional excellence to support scaling business growth through partner-led marketing activities
- Strong partnership mindset, attention to detail, project and time management, and communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who excels at connecting the dots between strategy and execution, balancing creative and analytical thinking, and leading through influence
- Strong grasp of the adtech landscape and standard business metrics
- Familiarity with various marketing channels, strategies, and tactics
- Experience working in a geographically distributed team
- Possess unquestionable personal code of ethics and integrity
Marketing Manager | Description:
- Build and maintain productive relationships, while ensuring partners execute on strategies
- Support the evaluation and launch of new marketing partnerships
- Play a role in annual and quarterly marketing planning with senior partner contacts
- Guide content strategy and asset development to support partners
- Oversee the execution of partner-led marketing campaigns
- Track key metrics and provide insights to optimize partner activities
- Move with ease between a variety of responsibilities (e.g. presentations, project briefs, content toolkits and training, content creation and joint marketing activities, contract input, etc.)
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and overlapping deadlines effectively and with ease
