Job Description
What you will be doing:
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
Manage and integrate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities with Trek Japan’s sales and strategic goals
Manage the Retail Marketing, Digital and Brand/Product team members
Develop a detailed marketing plan for Trek Japan
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for Trek Japan consumers and dealers existing and future products
Analysis of current market conditions, consumer’s demand, and competitor information
Manage the productivity of the marketing team plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results to both the Trek Japan General Manager and Trek APAC Marketing Director
Manage the marketing budget
Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
Liaison with media and advertising
Control and run sponsorship and ambassador programs as you see fit
Attend global marketing meetings digitally and partake in regular marketing meetings
