We help cloud kitchens, tiffin services, and catering companies automate their operations, manage customer subscriptions, plan delivery routes, send notifications, track payments, and analyze performance.

We’re growing fast and looking for a self-driven, full-stack marketer to join us as our first and only marketing hire - someone who thrives on ownership and impact.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Ownership

  • Develop and execute the entire marketing strategy across channels (paid, organic, social, content, email)
  • Define and refine buyer personas, messaging, and positioning for our core markets
  • Plan and manage monthly marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets
  • Collaborate with the founder and product team for alignment on growth priorities

Execution & Campaigns

  • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and email
  • Write copy and create visuals using tools like Canva or coordinate with freelancers as needed
  • Own and optimize website, landing pages, and conversion funnels (no-code tools welcome)
  • Build and manage email drip campaigns for onboarding, retention, and upselling

Content & Brand

  • Develop a consistent content calendar: blogs, newsletters, case studies, social posts
  • Manage Dinespot’s voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, and customer-facing materials
  • Highlight customer success stories and product benefits clearly and persuasively

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and report on marketing KPIs: CAC, ROAS, funnel conversion rates, churn triggers
  • Continuously test and improve copy, creatives, CTAs, and ad placements
  • Own and maintain our marketing tech stack (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

Who you are

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS or B2B startup marketing • You’ve run multi-channel campaigns from start to finish—not just strategy, but execution • Proficiency in paid ads, email automation, SEO, and content marketing • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills tailored for SaaS • Comfortable using no-code tools (Webflow, Canva, Zapier, etc.) • Analytical and data-savvy — you know your way around KPIs and dashboards • A builder’s mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and results-driven • Bonus: Experience in food-tech, logistics, or service-based platforms
