Marketing Manager
This is a remote position.
As Marketing Manager, you'll be the voice, brain, and rhythm of Woloyem's marketing efforts. You’ll lead the creation and execution of campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our audiences, and drive enrollment and partner growth.
This isn’t just a content role—it’s a leadership position requiring vision, analytical chops, and strong collaboration with sales, training, and partnerships. Your goal: bring in the right leads, nurture them with meaningful engagement, and help Woloyem scale with soul.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and lead the marketing strategy across B2B and B2C segments.
Plan and execute multichannel campaigns (email, social, webinars, events).
Own our marketing calendar—always one step ahead of launches and events.
Content & Brand Development
Lead creation of content across formats: blog, email, social, landing pages, and sales materials.
Ensure brand consistency across platforms, tools, and teams.
Work with internal trainers to translate technical knowledge into digestible content.
Digital Marketing & CRM Automation
Manage marketing automation using Zoho Campaigns or equivalent.
Optimize customer journeys via email sequences, lead magnets, and funnels.
Monitor and improve campaign performance using analytics tools (Zoho Analytics, Google Analytics, etc).
Cross-Team Collaboration
Collaborate with the Sales Team to align campaigns with lead gen and revenue goals.
Support the Training Team with product launches and learner engagement.
Coordinate with the Partnerships & Ops Team to promote strategic initiatives and partnerships.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor trends in professional training and certification markets (especially PMP®, ITIL®, PRINCE2®, etc).
Conduct audience research and competitor benchmarking.
Provide regular reporting and data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a marketing management or lead generation role.
Fluent in English and French—you’ll create and review content in both.
Strong understanding of CRM, email marketing, and campaign management (Zoho Suite is a major plus).
Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives end-to-end: strategy, content, execution, analysis.
Bonus Points:
Experience in the education, EdTech, or certification training sectors.
Understanding of certification bodies like PMI, ISACA, PeopleCert.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in remote or hybrid setups.
Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, or webinar platforms (e.g. Zoom, Livestorm, etc).
