•Translate global briefs into clear action plans for factory, product, and development teams.
•Maintain consistent alignment across Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and the U.S.
•Adapt global marketing materials for Asia markets while ensuring technical accuracy and cultural relevance.
•Use AI tools when beneficial to summarize updates, enhance clarity, or streamline workflows.
2. Content Development & Storytelling
You will help create and maintain core global marketing materials, including:
•Product one-pagers and technical sheets
•Presentation decks
•Sales-enablement materials
•Digital and social content
•Trade show and event visuals
•Responsibilities include:
•Translating technical product details into clear, compelling narratives.
•Ensuring content accuracy, brand alignment, and consistency across regions.
•Maintaining a structured, up-to-date digital asset library with proper version control.
3. Marketing Project Execution & Workflow Leadership
•Build structured workflows: planning → drafting → review → approval → release.
•Manage deliverables across teams and time zones with clarity and discipline.
•Track lightweight budgets, vendor quotes, and marketing project costs.
•Ensure clean documentation and organized communication systems.
4. Vendor Sourcing & Management
•Source and manage vendors for design, translation, UX/UI, events, photography, and videography.
•Provide clear briefs and structured feedback to maintain DSC standards.
•Ensure deliverables meet brand, visual, and technical requirements.
5. Trade Show, Event & Visit Coordination
•Coordinate content, samples, logistics, and schedules for trade shows across Asia.
•Support factory tours and brand partner visits with well-prepared materials.
•Create on-site storytelling tools, banners, layouts, and product communication assets.
6. Sales Support Enablement
•Collaborate with regional sales teams to create customer-specific presentations and proposals.
•Ensure storytelling is accurate, clear, and aligned with global positioning.
•Provide structured templates and updated materials to support account-level conversations.
7. Market Intelligence & Insights
•Track competitor activity, industry trends, and category movements across Asia.
•Compile insights to support leadership decision-making and strategic alignment.
•Use AI tools for research synthesis, early-stage analysis, or trend scanning.
8. Measurement & Continuous Improvement
•Monitor performance of Asia-produced content, digital assets, and events.
•Gather structured feedback from cross-regional teams.
•Recommend improvements to templates, workflows, digital tools, and content systems.
